About the founder
Analyst first, engineer second — in the useful order.
P2 Labs is run by Phin Pambianchi. Most recently a business analyst at Meta, where he architected an AI-powered feedback system serving ~35 engineering teams — live support signals in, pattern-matched issues and drafted fixes out. Before that, he led platform delivery for Fortune 500 clients at Accenture.
The team is one founder plus the agents he built. Prospecting, enrichment, outreach, and call debriefs at P2 Labs all run on the same systems we sell — a one-person firm that operates like a team is the whole point. You work directly with the founder, and the fleet does the grind.
